This Summit proudly showcases both international and domestic speakers who will impart their extensive knowledge and expertise, rooted in the latest research and developments within their respective fields.
The 26th Anniversary of the PCI-IOSS Spine Surgery Summit in Conjunction with ISASS-AP 2024 endeavors to curate premier programs comprising courses, workshops, lectures, debates, and panel discussions that are both captivating and enlightening. On behalf of the Indonesian Orthopaedic Association, I would like to convey my greetings to all participants of the 26th Anniversary of the PCI-IOSS Spine Surgery Summit in conjunction with ISASS-AP 2024, which will be held on August 28-31, 2024, at Tentrem Hotel. The venue will be in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, which is a deep cultural hub and one of the foremost cultural centers of Indonesia.

I am pleased to announce that the annual event of PCI-IOSS is a combined meeting with the prestigious Asian Pacific division of the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery meeting. In the spirit of unity, I encourage you to take full advantage of this meeting. Engage in lively discussions, forge new connections, and absorb as much knowledge as possible about the latest updates in spine surgeries.
I would also like to take this opportunity to invite medical students, general practitioners, general orthopaedics, and other specialists to mark the date and arrange your trip to Yogyakarta City. As The Executive Chairman of this prestigious event, I would like to express my gratitude to both the participants and speakers who are willing to take part on this event.

The enthusiasm shown by all PCI-IOSS members in extending their family along with expanding their knowledge in Spinal Surgery have made it possible for our event to take place in the beautiful country of Indonesia. We wish to provide an educational space where knowledge can be shared by doctors from all around the world specifically but not limited to Spinal Surgeries.
This year’s event will be held in Yogyakarta, a Cultural City with deep heritage roots and have earned the title of Special Region to perfectly host this majestic gathering. The beauty and all its glory should represent this city effortlessly to which we hope it can be appreciated throughout our event. The 26th Anniversary of PCI-IOSS Spine Surgery Summit in Conjunction with ISASS-AP 2024 also offers several social and cultural proceedings, including the Gala Dinner taking place in the sacred temples of Prambanan.

This workshop and symposium stand as a beacon of knowledge, innovation, and collaboration in spine surgery. We will embark on a journey of learning, exchange of ideas, and the sharing of groundbreaking research and advancements in spinal care. Our collective presence here represents a commitment to pushing the boundaries of spinal management, exploring the latest technologies, surgical techniques, and interdisciplinary approaches that will redefine the landscape of spine care worldwide.
Moreover, beyond the scientific program, I encourage you all to embrace the diversity of perspectives, cultures, and the uniqueness of Jogja, the special region in Indonesia. As the only Indonesian royal city ruled by a monarchy, Yogyakarta is regarded as an important center for classical Javanese fine arts and culture such as batik textiles, drama, literature, music, poetry, silversmithing, visual arts, wayang, and is also known for the magnificence realm like Merapi mountain and Borobudur and Prambanan Temples.
